Tikka T3x Varmint

I also have the Tikka t3x varmint in .308 and .223 and I also use the Cambridge gun club range. I have Leupold 4 -12 X 40 scopes on both. Very light scopes and good in low light. Use them for deer and fox. I have the wildcat evolution mods for each but have just purchased a DPT for the .308 to reduced muzzle weight.
Very pleased with both rifles and so accurate. Have some Sako copper rounds I have yet to use on deer but I find they are also accurate a group well for deer ranges. I was hitting a 400 yard gong with them quite well at Cotswold sporting although I wouldn't shoot deer at this range.

I have the Varmint in .243
Fitted a lighter spring from the bay of evil via a supplier in Oz.
Brought it down to a crisp & consistent 1 1/4 lb.
My T3X stainless sporter .223 is fitted in a MDT Oryx & I recommend it, though heavy it's very stable off my quad sticks....also much easier to walk about with now since installing side mounted swivel studs, it lays flat across my back using a Z aim sling.

Mine has a pink knob...

Can you get that knob in men's colours?

I have a tikka Varmint in 22/250. Very nice rifle and loves 55gn Vmax. I've also had good results with 62gn Sierra pointed soft points, even though it has a 14 twist. I'm thinking of it as an ambush rifle for some Fallow.
