I thought about one for a Ruger 77/22 I am buying, however the prospect of spending over £200 on one and then having to take a Dremel to it to make the safety work has put me off. Apparently the Rifle Basix one drops straight in and is £100 cheaper.

Honnestly it goes bang....lol, its fitted easy,, if set to light, it would fire ( empty chamber..) if you banged it hard enough so once set its a load better than factory, ive nothing to compare it with but im happy quality was good, it arrived many years ago labelled "machined parts"!

Hi, how have you found the rifle basix? I'm looking to put one on my m77 in 204.

I have two , they've worked really well for me . I also have a few Timney equipped rifles and find the basixs just as good .
