Just an update, cheers to all who reponded.
I ended up going with gonzo's rolling the coils out like a wheel, i insulating taped about every 5 coils together (15m ish) and just rolled it out, worked really well far easier than i expected well up to 80-90m after that they got a bit heavy.
Simplest ideas are often the best, far from ideal, kicking myself i never thought of doing it that way or asking earlier that drums been sitting for ages (18 months +) and really struggling to come up with a solution to get it off.
My longest streach i made to 'coil wheels' up and rolled both out from the middle (the 1 problem i discovered with that was the insulating taping coils together never worked on the 2nd coil wheel as it was bacxk to front if u know wot i mean)
With a bit of luck should have about 400m of cable burined to different sheds this wknd, just got to wire them now.
Must admit i havn't been that precise with my measurements but have been giving it P for plenty as i'll just weigh any off cuts in with all the damaged stuff i've already cut off.
Making the spinning wheel thing was just too much hassle welding it up esp with my limited places with power and the logistics of moving or lifting the cable drum.
be easier now as took a fair bit of weight of it now and on to like new cable all nicely coiled on it.
Cheers again everyone
