Made these sausages the other night, almost to the receipt. Well had to use what I could find, left them hanging in the chiller over night. Damn they smelt good.

a few problems.
i used a Muntie, so only ended up with 4 kilos of sausage

Could I remember how I was taught to keep the sausages at a consistent length and then link the sausages in a chain? Could I xxxx.

Could I figure how to cut the weird link I ended up with? Not really.

Did I bust a couple of links using too much force and probably putting too much meat in? Yes
Am I still using a machine stuffer to load the sausage because I haven't got around to buying a decent hand sausage stuffer? Yes.
Is it a pita. Yes.
