Tracking collar advice

I am in the market for a tracking collar and display for a young lab I am bringing on and being new to this i would appreciate any advice on this.

Anyone use those Apple Air Tags? My concern would be the hound goes submerged one afternoon (as she likes to do) and the Air Tag would short out = waste of £25. My neighbour has a splash proof collar pod thing for her dog, but he’s not a swimmer.

Garmin. There's no substitute. Yes they aren't cheap but cheaper than loosing your dawg. No more dog gone

Iv a garmin astro 430 , wouldn’t leave the house with out it , the mini collars that go with it are small for a big dog aswell so no brick on there neck , works straight out the box and load features I use the way points a lot for marking certain places I need to remember

100 % Garmin, I do more tracking than most and wouldn't without one.
yes there more expensive but you pay for what you get!
