Further to a recent thread giving advice to another member, I took on board some of the tips I saw.
Laid a track yesterday with the legs zip ties to walking poles rather than tied to my boot.
An absolute breeze to use and only cost 20 notes for walking poles on Amazon!( So thanks for that little nugget of info)
As an aside I struggled to find a suitable harness for the hound to that wasn't a 90 pound niggeloh (outrageous amount of pennies).
The cheap off the shelf ones restrict movement, so I ended up looking at canicross harnesses.
I didn't buy a full canicross piece but I did buy one from the brand that makes them-Nonstop dogwear.
This one is their line harness.
Happy with the fit and the dog wasn't bothered at all working in it.
Sensibly priced aswell at just under 50 quid as well, so worth a look of you're not a bran snob millionaire
