What machine and product is best to use? Im currently just using media, however I’m thinking of moving across to wet cleaning. Is it worth the investment?

This is good.
Does the job in a tenth (Or less) of the time tumblers take.
There’s 100 x 222 cases in there and room for another 100.
Only down side, it’s a bit noisy. £100.
Ken.

Out right now but will measure tomorrow.
I once put one of the Parker Hale 22 rf mods in a sonic cleaner, went in black and came out pale grey.

Depends on what coating you have on it and what fluid you use i guess. But damn thats unlucky.

For the last ten odd years I have been using a Lyman Turbo Sonic 2.5lt cleaner. After de-priming my brass I give the primer pockets a clean with a RCBS primer brush and then they go into the cleaner. Fifteen minutes later they come out looking like new brass,

This has been discussed a lot over the years and I’ve just done a search for Ultrasonic by fizzbangwhallop which brings up quite a lot of the threads I, and many others including the late great Alantoo, have contributed to. Theres a lot of good info in those threads…. and worth a read. 👍

I’m still using the 6litre with the degaussing feature, rainwater out of the butt, 2 pickled onion jars, citric acid, fairy and rinshine… and the Lakeland food dehydrator. The U/S was also very useful when getting the bike back on the road although I wished I’d bought a 7 litre version at times.

Cheers

Hi,
Mine’s too small for your job.
21 x 11 x 9cm deep.
Cheers, Ken.
