When the site does this its because you need to delete some of the previous images you've loaded.
Go to your settings and delete some of the pictures no longer needed and then re-upload the ones you want.

Thanks,but i must be missing something,ive only got 3 pic's up,

It's the size of the individual file (2 meg max I think). Try resizing the picture to make it a bit smaller then it should upload.
