Don't know how close you are to Dundee, but there is a small fibreglass boat up for auction at Curr and Dewar auction house, starting bid of £25.
Looks like it comes with oars and sail as well.

There is now a free laser dinghy on facebook marketplace located in St Andrews but looks as though it needs a little work.
It does say no longer sailable but if you are only pottering about and not racing, may be worth a look
