Vodaphone is just one of the many ISP who have signed up to a voluntary system to automatically restrict access to sites deemed to have "adult content". I found out that some of the main night vision and optic retailers are included.
The problem is not confined to Vodaphone and as its default set to "on" its a pain to remove the bar but does only take a few seconds on their website
From your screenshot it looks like there is an issue with their website. Can you not do the "livechat" and actually deal with someone. I had to do that recently as there was no one to answer their phones. Chap said most of the customer service agents were working from home due to covid restrictions and everything was affected and slower to get rectified as they had to forward tasks via email

Has been an issue with their website for months, try dealing with someone good luck with that I was told they had no one who could deal with my problem due to lockdown and to visit a vodafone shop, doh! they were closed and still are and myFrom your screenshot it looks like there is an issue with their website. nearest one thirty miles away will be closed at least until 15th July the earliest they will be allowed to open
my problem has been on going from early May
Should say I then e-mailed my problem to them had a reply to say it had been handed to their technical team last I heard that was weeks ago.
Just let them know on the phone you are over 18 and it will get liftedHi all,
Had to get a contract with Vodafone recently due to work, need 4G and they are the only good providers in the area.
Very suspicious as they immediately implemented a 'SecureNet' feature, which is free for the first 3 months then they make you pay £1 a month for it without telling you specifically (just a 'we have given you a free trial period notice').
As soon as 4G was available I looked up a few legitimate hunting/fishing/shooting sites. All blocked under 'Adult Content'.
Went through the faff of turning it off, only to be presented with another blocked message. Vodafone has age restricted these pages as they are considered to be 'Adult Content', please sign in to our app and send us your card details to unblock.
Gone through all the hoops (and checked it was legit), only to be told that their system is down and cannot process these requests to turn off age restrictions at the moment.
Call their customer service, all our employees are busy and cannot take you call, try again another time.
They have me over a barrel here (only reliable provider and 24 month contract), but I really would not recommend that anyone switch to them as their company policy is overbearing and very evidently anti field sports.

No luck getting through today, been told that it is not an urgent issue so no customer service is available.
Been a Vodafone customer 23 years, had our ups and downs, but I’ve always got my way!Hi all,

So I’m with Vodafone, and had all this crap. Guntrader, SGC, hornady, Hodgdon etc all websites blocked as age related content. I went into the Vodafone app on my phone and turned off the age related content bar. No problems since.
