have applied for my first SGC with police Scotland had my interview about 4 weeks ago all seems to have went well FEO was a grate. Was just wondering how long people have waited? Also my references haven’t been contacted yet thought they would have been by now just because it didn’t take long to get my interview from handing in my application. I am in no rush just wondering what kind of wait I should expect? Or is it a case of how long is a Piece of string

I think 16 weeks from application is pretty standard up hear at the moment, as long as there are no major issues to look into.

Interview can just be when is most convenient for them to fit it in.

My mate is from north of the border, I’ve just done his reference for his FAC. I think police Scotland are max 3 months from application to grant. Obviously excluding any complications.
