Just checking my brass for any damage/cracks before resizing and found this, what are the odds of that?

Is that a broken off decap pin? Or a tumbler pin? That case looks smashed in anyhow.

The pins 1.15mm by 6.85mm.

I'm guessing the odds are slightly higher than zero.

I occasionally get one across a 223 neck, but never seen this, but then I don't tumble huge amounts of larger cases.
