What Are These?

They are abscesses. I imagine if cut open they contained a cheesy/gritty contents? Rabbit puss is very thick compared to a lot of other creatures.

According to this tapeworm cysts can look like that although I've only ever seen clear ones:

No, the contents weren't cheesy or gritty, but more like a kind of putrid slime.

What did they taste like ? :D

More to the point that picture almost has enough detail for it to cause a smell from memory!!! Never tire of gutting fish or gralloching deer. Could do that when eating a sandwich...

But the thought of ever having to gut a rabbit again gives me the dry boke :(

the smell of rabbit guts turns my guts too and they taste the same as that to me

The smell alone is bad enough but when gutting quite a few the number of rabbits that have a worm or 10 still moving inside it is also a real turn off to the meat! yuk! :(

Never come across growth's like that though!
