If available I shall be at the CLA for sun downers.

After all the walking at the CLA I think medicine will be required by all.

Hi Guys.
Mine is for medicinal purposes or so I tell myself !!!!
Not experts like your-selves on whiskey, common Bells or Grouse is OK for me.
Half a tumbler, 4-5 spoons of sugar and two painkillers gets me off to about 4-30 am.
I have just cracked open the bottle on the left and it seems to be OK !!!!

Hi Stag,
I have had occasion to use that diet to, but for me it was Ibuprofen and any alcohol. Sometimes pain of the body or the heart requires special medicine.

Aye.
Mine is probably senile decay and arthritus, not helped by dragging bloody Red Deer about for 46 years before I retired after open heart surgery.
Some of my areas were too steep and stony for a quad even if I had one.

But at least you have lived Stag for all your pain you are a man who has seen unknown sunrises and sunsets over God's own land. You inspire me and I raise my glass of Grouse to you! Your pains are trophies, unwanted ones but hard earned!
As I get older I feel the pains of past injuries ever keener and my eye sight gets worse and I remember why this is so and what I did as a youth. I heeded no warnings, I climbed, ran, fought, drank. I loved my youthful life and felt that nothing could touch me. I was invincible!
I bet if you had your time again you wouldn't change much? I know I wouldn't. ;)

Hi all
I always used the brufen after the alcohol the next morning to get me through until standeasy then a nice oggie to sort the stomach out.

Ho yes an Ivor Duney Oggie (Cornish pasty)! A bit like a Jack Russel wrapped in a duvet. Tasted like one too! At least it gave the old folks from the leper colony a job mixing the ingredients by hand! :???:

I have heard the word whisky before, is there more than one variety? what is a single malt? is it true that the ones from the West taste of peat? is it true I am very fond of Lagavullan? is it true I am confused? Please help

John
