Whitby handwarmer....or not

I've tried lighting about 50 times mine since I got it at Xmas and have managed to do it twice! Complete waste of money...I should've bought some thicker gloves.

Nope, it's a fill it with lighter fuel, add match and warm hands job.....I mustn't have the knack though

Whitby have just offered to replace it despite me not having a receipt (xmas pressie) so I will pop it in the post tomorrow. Good on Whitby I say; wish I'd approached them sooner instead of wasting a hundredweight of matches and moaning like a big kid.
