The charge off she is anticapting u lettin her charge off, i bet the more wound up/tense she gets the quicker u allow her to charge off so self rewarding.
Also give her plenty off praise with a soft voice and strokes (rub her head lugs etc) when in the right position and try and de stress her so it's more enjoyable at ur side than running about
Depending on ur situ but i wouldn't let her charge off at all for a while so it is the norm to be at heel and she should be happy at heel, when u do allow her to free run always make her sit and wait even walk away and leave her for a while come back praise her let her run sometimes others either walk away again or back to heel. Always keep her guessing and on her toes and try never to be to predictable. Possibly walk her with the narrow collar on as well as slip lead to get used to it, if u get her heel right u could throw away the whole jeagger lead i'm sure it would make life easier, or atleast keep it in ur pocket.
1 off the shoots i work my dog in the beating line there is half a dozen boys who keep there dogs on lead all drive pulling like little trains, when it comes to the end off drive they scruff the dog take lead off and let it go, it's like slipping a pack of lurchers, if they only made there dogs sit off lead for 30 odd secs before gettin to hunt the dogs would be far far better, some off these boys have had dogs for 20+ yrs and still hae never learned
Honestly a decent trainer would sort u out no problems in no time be well worth it
