Agreed Jason, amazing to have such excellent customer service in a sea of annoying music whilst one is on hold.
Richard also clearly knows his products and what will most likely suit each customers rifle. There's barely a price difference compared to the leviathan manufacturers from across the pond. Definitely worth supporting a smaller local enterprise rather than an entity which barely notices the British market.
