post a pic of your rifle

Couple of the rifles from my earlier post are now gone. I recently got this Blaser, 30/06 with a 20.5" barrel, principally to be used as a travelling gun / pig basher. Have a 22/250 barrel for it due this week:

My main deer rifle is this Chris Blackburn semi custom 260rem on a Sako 75 action, McMillan stock and LW barrel:

Full specs please! Did you build these or just coat them?

Nice!:D

I might of bolted some bits together...and got my spray cans out...! :D

As you might know the coating side is what we do so yes I coated them all and did a bit of metal fettling.

The first one is a Howa 1500 semi custom 300wsm with Mcmillan A2, 26" Sendero Pacnor barrel with 1-10. Spits 155g Scenars out nicely. It has Farrel rings and 20 moa fixed rail.
Coating is a woodland DPM with coyote tan and black fleck....

Second one is a 6.5x284 single shot RPA, 26" Krieger, Mc Lazaroni stock, coating is a digital in unusual colour...but I liked it. :-D

Third one is a Rem 700 .308 in AICS, heavy Pacnor tube, Nightforce Rings and rail. Colour is a custom Desert pattern I copied from MOD issue hat.

Last but not least, RPA .223 RPA Stock, nothing too fancy, coating is GAP in the usual colour scheme, simple but effective. All in all quite a nice little pattern.

Well done! They look good.

Brian,

that's lovely wood on that Blaser, I would be frightened to take it out. Is that the stock you got from Gregors?

John

Jager.

The trigger rig on the .223 RPA looks interesting :) could you expand please

In admiration.

John, yes, that is the stock I bought from Gregor over New Year. It is very tasty and fits me even better than it looks. I have always loved that Bavarian/hogback style of stock. I ordered a 22/250 barrel also, but the idiots at Open Season sent me a 243 instead, replacement 22/250 barrel should appear over the next few days.

It took from Mid January til mid April for licensing here to do my variation. My 270 went to a member of this site. I probably owe you commission....;)

One for when I want to be qiet

The old faithful, do it all .308

And one for when I feel a bit retro and the bracken in the jungle is high

Are you going to tell us what it is? We know it's not another R93.....

rearrange these words to suit...

mcmillan,t8, fluted, blueprinted,cheekpiece,26",700,remington,jewell,rings,tooley,talley,dave,detachable,hart,adjustable,....

thats about as much as i know, oh and i think it might be green and black

Model 27.webp

Not exactly a rifle. And not exactly the new gun. I bought a Model 27 Smith & Wesson for my little girl this past week. Same as this pic but in nickle. This one is actually my own. S&W made the Model 27 from 1935 to 1996 and I think it was the finest revolver they ever built.~Muir

PS: It does shoot like a rifle!
