My new toy,and first C/F, Browning X-Bolt Stainless Stalker in .223, scope is a Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42.
No moderator yet, can't decide between P4 or P8 and PES T12 or T12 Scout, at the moment it is all about the cost, so may leave it for a while.

You will not be disappointed with your Wildcat.

It's not a done deal yet, a PES is more likely I feel, if only because I can go and see. hold and test fire one.
I have called around for a Wildcat P4 and no joy, standard answer is "I get them to order" I have looked at an ASE North star.
My overwhelming thought was "bugger" thats heavy
I have also been told to look for a Jager one ?

Here's my collection of rifles

Tikka T3 in .243, Meopta 3-12x56 scope, Pes mod. I love this rifle.



Remington SPS Varmint in .204 , bedded into an HS Precision stock and fettled by South Yorkshire Shooting Supplies. Falcon Menace scope and Pes muzzle mount mod. This is a lot of fun to shoot now I've sorted out what it likes ammunition wise. My lab Fynn in the background.




Started out life as the ugliest 10/22 sitting on the dealers shelf. I rebuilt it myself using a collection of used parts (houge stock and 13" target barrell) and replaced most of the reciever/trigger parts with goodies from SYSS. Scope is an illuminated 1.5-6x36 Nikon and mod is an SAK. Makes for a great rabbit rifle.

Well I hope your right, as I bought a PES T12, the full size one.
Got it direct from JMS Arms, great to deal with, even machined the rear bush to size, and media blasted the moderator
so it matches the finish on the barrel, top man is Julian.
He even ran a few loading recipies on Quick Load for me, may just have to buy my own copy.
It's just the expense, Quick Load is £125 which is bad enough, but I would need to get a PC as well, as it won't run on a Mac.

I have a T8 which has had little use on my .22-250 which you could have for very little money but it is M15x1

Always the case with moderators isn't it - never the right fitting.

this is my ruger m77 mk2 .243 tasco 4x40 scope and sling! in mint condition like new i paid £400 for it!!! second hand.i tried lots of rifles new and old but this one fit me best. on getting it home i loosened the scope and adjusted it for eye relief,then bore sighted it with the naked eye. 5 days later with a visit to john at yorkshireroestalking,3 shots to zero!!! shot 4 got me a roe,shot 5 is the roe in this picture!!! this is the first 5 shots of a rifle in 2 years,and the smallest cf rifle Ive ever shot!!! ime well pleased with it and the .243 as a deer round.one last thing,ide like to say a big thankyou to john at yorkshireroestalking for a great 2 days stalking!!!!!!!!
