Opinions on what's in the photo....

I was convinced it was a muntjac from the first pic but the second looks more like a rabbit or hare. How far into East Sussex are you as that may pretty much rule out muntjac.

Definitely not a rabbit as I have got several images at that range on that camera of rabbits and size rules that out. This is actually in Kent near tunbridge wells.
 
Looks too big for a rabbit or a hare wouldn't say munrjac that's a big white patch as well do you get sika down your way as it looks like its got a balk line running down the back legs ,other than that no idea.try it in black and white if you can change the colours it might pick the shape out better

Look at this time and time again just cant is the resemblance to a hare I have never seen a hare with a white patch like that or am I missing something
 
sorry lads

but enhance the picture and you will clearly see that this had 2 tails, the pink spot below the top tail(white patch) shows where it broke off, so not a muntie or a hare but a kangarillapig,
