Yes, only GPs registered in the UK are acceptable to the police.
That requirement is clearly laid out in the HOG

It needs for all the medical doctors etc to wash thier hands of the lot of this totally refuse all over the country
The police are not going to refuse everybody a ticket are they but it will make them u turn on the matter

Come on chaps you know its as BASC 'SAYS' - any additional (and unnecessary) medical, whether their members pay or not is to be welcomed as it is INTENDED to improve public safety (and hide the 10 year licence failure).

Why would you want to improve public safety when its not public medical failures but police failures that have cause all the 'legal' shootings ? No standard charge and no medical marker make it all the more attractive and important I suppose (and a total waste of time because it isnt happening).
