So, what’s your claim to fame?

My right elbow was in the bbc program ‘the forest’. I gave them my seat in the helicopter so they could film another guy and they cut me out of the whole program other than my right elbow. Very rude.

Mid 70's worked with Graham Smith who was in Corby Band called St Cecilia, They hit number 1 in the charts in 1971 with, Leap up and down and wave your knickers in the air (Banned by the BBC) Luckily he never gave up his day job and now runs his own joinery business. :-|

And in1997 I made a Bespoke Kitchen for Delia Smith

My memory assured me it was “Jump up and down (wave your knickers in the air)”. Nice to finally be corrected :thumb:

Bungee jumped Bloukrans and Victoria Falls, SA.
Shot Spurwing and Egyptian geese from a microlight.
Caught 3 x 2000lb + fish one afternoon, lost one MUCH bigger....(needed a bigger boat....not kidding !)
Bomb disposal engaged .......to blow-up a bag of 'woodies' !!!!!! Another story for another time ! 🙄
Qualified as a 'dolphin-waxer' at a marine park, Cozumel !
Angel Falls, Venezuela, base jumping.......didn't go well !

I dated a very nice well spoken tall slim attractice Ugandan girl once back in the 1990s into the 2000s. And as you do eventually got invited back to her flat...to enjoy a meal...and whilst looking around noticed she'd a picture of that certain typical style of a formal group photograph of a seated three rank group of soldiers on her fireplace. So as you do I asked "Why have you got a picture of soldiers on your mantlepiece?" To which the reply was a very to the point "Because one of them is my father." To which I asked very naturally "Which one?" And the answer was a very clear and unambiguous "The one in the middle at the front." And her answer to my then next question...I am sure it is obvious what it probably and actually was...was a very simple and open "Yes"."

A mate lived next farm to this guy , had my pick of litter from my beddy to mates greyhound ,signed a few albums for me and met him a few more times in dog shows .
I had a few drinks with him many years ago when he was on tour here , very nice guy . I also got really drunk with Micheal J. Fox once . Nice enough guy and very down to earth , but he smoked all my cigarettes ( I smoked 40 years ago ) .

I was one of the joiners that fitted the stairway to heaven on cuilcagh mountain County fermanagh. It gets thousands of tourists every year since it was fitted. It was put in by a four man team , 2 joiners and 2 Labourers. We ended up on lesser spotted journeys a fairly famous show here in ireland presented by Joe Mahon

Whilst an armourer at RAF Leuchars, I refurbished the small cannon that was used to mark the start of the St Andrews Open for years.

Jumped 6'2" in a Puissance competition many, many years ago.

I was Alison Philpott's 'First' (probably only of note to those who knew her)

I don't think I can actually follow the above with anything better . . . . . . 🤪😁
