I use the same as my butcher gets them in for me but charges £1/kg so I'd be interested to find out where you get yours or if there are any direct producers near me. I usually buy 30kg at a time and a whatever veg is going cheap and then run it all through a mincer and stick in 1kg food tubs. Looks just like the Nature's Menu stuff but 1/4 the price.I use raw chicken carcasses. £5 for 11-12kg. Find a local poultry supplier, they can usually supply them.
