I use a second hand tall larger fridge. Cheap!
Fitted a fan from bushwear. Easy!
It is in the garage and I struggle with the temperature regulation. Even on the lowest setting of the dial it cools down to -1 deg C. Measured this using a good quality digital probe.
As the thermostatic isn't located directly inside the fridge and the dial is probably not very acurate I've just ordered a cheapo 'Digital temperature controller' off Amazon.
I've used one of these before when I built a warming box for honey when it crystalises (Shouldn't be heated over 40 DegC) They are cheap and pretty acurate.
If you have access to old computers you could use a fan from there. The bushwear unit is basically a modified computer fan anyway.
Just be careful with your voltages if you go this way. Computer fans are generatlly 12v and you can opt for the below controller usually in 12v, 24v or 230v models.

I deally I would like a decent drinks fridge but even second hand on eaby these go for a pretty packet!
Post some pic of what you end up with. Would be good to see.
