North Wales butchery tutorial with Jose Souto

Any interest?

There's not much for stalkers in North Wales, so I thought it would be good to do something.

It will be held at my larder, which I know is a bit out of the way for some, but having attended one of Jose's training days myself I think it's worth a drive.
Starting off with a deer in skin, the tutorial covers the whole process of butchering, and goes beyond the basics to add maximum value to each of the cuts.

Not sure what the exact cost will be, as it depends on how many people would be interested. More people = cheaper per person.

Probably be later this month.

Let me know if you're interested, and I'll get things moving if there's enough uptake.

Like I said, it's a bit out of the way, but I have a reasonable larder facility, enough undercover space, and can guarantee to supply the deer at the right time (as I have my own deer park).
When I spoke with Jose a few days ago he talked about adding in some extra stuff to make the day more worthwhile travelling for.
(Or we could just cook up a load of burgers at the end of the day and turn it into a bit of a social).

Not too far for me (NWales border) but I've got a fully booked month of trips and meet ups.

Saying youre not coming isn't exactly helpful but at least wanted to show the offer wasnt wasted and ignored.
