Marty,
Use any of the widely available 7x57 dies with a Lee No. 13 shell holder. A shell holder suiting the .375 H&H based cases such as the .300 Win Mag will also work but it’s a touch on the large side.

Henry Kranks have dies in stock as does 1967Spud
