A very long way away from you!
If you were five minutes down the road it might be worth dragging out of the undergrowth for a look, but not otherwise. You could build your own dinghy (or even a couple of dinghys) for less than what it would cost you to get here and back. All you need is one 10ft x 5ft sheet of ply, a few odd planks for thwarts, a tub of epoxy resin, some glass tape and a roll of copper wire. Take you about a day if you put your back into it.
(I'm not joking, either).

Look harder, they can be delivered, I linked one above that delivers, and having bought three of them over the last 25 years all of which were delivered to remote locations.
