big cat just maybe

I feel your pain but many would have been saying the same sort of thing about cougar in the Eastern USA, leopards in Israel and even the giant muntjac in Viet Nam.

Well is there ????
Do tell we could do with another 9 pages of crap , I've got nothing on today ,bring it on can't wait mmmmmm.

So why can't we have brown big cats? Why do folks always insist upon them being black?

Black Panthers are a "relatively" rare genetic mutation and are not a distict and seperate species.

Simon

My mate saw a brown one and cougars and lynx are normally brown(ish). Black panthers are indeed just a melanistic leopard (in certain light the spotting is still visible) and not a separate species but in fact are relatively common in parts of SE Asia and outnumber normally coloured leopards there. They were also kept as pets in the 1960/70s much more commonly than normal coloured leopards, cougars were kept as pets as they are not as aggressive as other big cats.

More crap tell that to the people in North america that thave been attacked by them there's plenty of them there not aggressive , get out the valleys .

bobt, that's quite obviously a dogs paw print. Fentonnnnnn, FENTONNNNNNN!

The last vid is a greyhound, and the first two are just your common or garden domestic moggy! The railway one is only a little taller than the rail, hardly a "big" cat!

1970s......its 2012 now . Sit down and think about it , IF , as you say their out there they must be breeding , right , every sort of young animal in this country is found dead on the roads , young (uneducated) animals get in trouble one way or another look how many fox cubs get in larsen traps . Also , every living thing must die , were are the bones , alot of people claim to have seen live cats not one person has ever found a dead one or a skull of one . Nobody has found a footprint in mud or snow . I have caught all sorts of things in fox snares over the last 30 years from a ferret to an english pointer (released alive) im not the only keeper who sets wires nobody has caught a big cat , nobody has caught one out with a camera trap , why ? why ? THERE ARE NO BIG CATS LIVING WILD IN THE UK

Good post that and some very good points indeed

I have seen plenty of footprints,
the local farmers know about it but were told to keep it quiet by the police, as they dont want to scare the public?

post some pictures then , prove it , come on make a name for your self as the man who proved beyond doubt their out there

these prints are clearly a dog.
nothing like a cat, they show claw marks for a start, cats retract theirs.
cats also have a different shaped foot.
these are deffo DOG.

CORRECT!! These prints are dog for sure. As has been mentioned cats do not leave claw marks whilst walking. The only cat that does is a Cheetah, and trust me there are no wild Cheetah in Great Britain.
