Hello, Cartridge prices have got far to expensive now, Less components in 410 yet cost more than 12 guage, If i was still shooting 410 i would load my own

Gamebore 3" lead are about £11 a box, hard to fathom the asking price for winchester, lead or steel; and only 2 1/2".
Rip off Britain I guess.

Economies of scale. .410 cartridges aren't manufactured in such large quantities as 12b, so are proportionately more expensive. Been that way for as long as I can remember.
