There are many deep Legal pits to fall into in shooting hares , who gives you the legal permission, tenant farms , can the local butcher but or sell them etc erc . All that i am aware of in way of change was the ability to kill out of season under specific set or rules . ( and yet it far from a free for all for all reasons of any season )
