This does seem to be dragging on without much purpose. The way I understand it is that opportunities will be offered, for X amount of pounds, for the gaining of a level 2 certificate over a couple of days. This will be achieved in a deer park where it is guaranteed there will be cull animals, the client will be expected to find, select, cull, gralloch and larder the beast as per best practise and at the same time demonstrate the necessary knowledge to satisfy the AW that he can meet all necessary criteria. I have reached this understanding after wading through countless pages of verbal fencing. If it had been advertised initially in a clearer fashion with a less tabloid style sensational headline title then probably a lot of this thread could have been avoided, also witnesses for both the defence and prosecution have not always been at their most helpful. So gentlemen please if we could have a little less of the pedantic bickering and a little more understanding and clarity, would it not be better all around.
