Auction Bids for Leigh.

Hi All,

Many thanks to you all for your generosity and to Neal for asking for clarification of the bidding process.

Although initially a raffle was proposed it had been decided that this was just too difficult to run to ensure openness, accountability and fairness, whereas the auction process is transparent..

Please therefore accept thanks form Brian and Leigh for all your donations, and for your bids.

All lots will be subject to the highest bids registered and timed before MIDNIGHT Saturday 18th August 2012 to allow those working/stalking/partying members time to get home and rebid should they wish.

I will post the winning bids on SUNDAY 19th

Please inform me by PM or forum post if any bid is incorrect or missing as time is running out.

WINNING BIDS.

Thanks to everyone who has bid, and to all those who have looked.

I have attached a list of the winning bidders and their bids.

The winners should have received a PM from me already. Once payment has been made, Brian will contact the item donor so that you can arrange to receive your Item.

Could I also ask if when making payments you could attach your SD identity together with your details so that Brian can match the names, bids and payments.

As there are several unbid items may I suggest that the names of eveyone who has donated or bid will be entered into a raffle and those drawn winners given the opportunity to receive the outstanding items should they wish. Further lots can then be drawn until the items have gone.
