So, if someone in Scotland applies for a Firearm Certificate saying he/she wants a .204, with Roe as their good reason, it will be granted? Can anyone name such a person?
You can say that fox is your good reason and if your certificate says AOLQ and the bullet meets the legal requirements, there you are NOT breaking the law shooting roe deer with it.
As I said earlier, whether that's sensible or ethical is a different matter
