The only thing that is flat is Han Solo's blaster and I haven't found one in any of the shops I frequent yet. I have said that a few times over the years on various forums.
Even the much slagged .308 is hardly different to any other mainstream cartridge relatively speaking.
You will have to compensate with whatever cartridge if shooting out past 200 yards.
Whatever you choose know the drop by actually shooting out to 300 yards.
You will then take deer out to this range with ease if shooting from a steady position.
