Depends on what your rifle likes, after that, mine likes ballistic silver tips and Norma Soft Points in 140g, sierra gamekings in 140g and RWS Evostrike copper in 93g - not used on Reds.

Good old-fashioned full fat, lead-containing Sierra Prohunter 120gns and Sierra Gamechangers 130gns are both extremely accurate and will drop any UK quarry - if you can find them (the bullets that is).
If you want copper - Yew Tree I know are very accurate and from other’s reports perform very well too.

I also like the 120 Sierra pro hunters if lead is not an issue, very accurate in most rifles it seems.
