Advice, I’ve potentially been scammed

I also received a message by the same guy for a wanted ad for a matching tweed set, there was something in his message that rang alarm bells, I tried to get him to send me an email with the details but he went silent

Because the bank account details are in the name of Olivia Miller and on Facebook it is easy to see that she is in a relationship with Tom Russell.
Her profile doesn't seem to match that of a typical scammer 🤔

However, his certainly rings alarm bells. No posts to show, photos, etc. I wonder if she's being led up the garden path by this bloke and doesn't actually know what he's up to?

She knows.
Her mobile number is on her FB page as she breeds horses so I let her know what a delight her boyfriend is. She claims it has nothing to do with her and mentioned that she has been contacted by others (a member of SD) and that she thought he had been repaid.

It's possible she wasn't in on it though? Must admit she really doesn't look the type, but I guess you never really know 🤨

If the money went into her account then she will know.

Personally if I were taking action against him I’d send her, by recorded delivery, a letter before action saying the money was paid into her account & if she doesn’t return it within 14 days you will take action to recover it. No money after 14 days = money claim online against her too.
