Any recommendations, and places to avoid for African hunting, don’t want just a cull trip, shooting out vehicles,
group of 4 wanting the real deal 👍🏻

In terms of value, real old Africa,, true wild, Zambia or Mozambique. Botswana and Tanzania expensive. If only looking plains game I would add Namibia into mix. If also want DG then Z and M and Namibia up by Skeleton Coast or the old Caprivi strip

PM if you wish and can send some PH and Outfitter recommendations

theres a few chaps on here whom have hunted on her 144k hectares also has a consession in the caprivi for big 5, I am sure Tazz on SD will agree and second this ,hunted there myself many times message me if you want more info or a chat ,namibia s realy easy with access and gun entry etc,the beauty of her outfit is 2 very nice lodges in 2 locations so you get some kalahari flat area with great rains this year superb hunting area many species to hunt , then 1 hour drive to her other lodge for some mountain hunting great Kudu and mountain zebra etc makes for a great expereince accommodation /food is 5 star .

Tanzania, Michael mantheakis at MMsafaris.co.tz ,havent personally hunted with him but very close friend has een 2x very remote ,met him at a CITES conservation seminar in Seville very knowlagable and know to be one of the best in industry info@mm-safaris.co.tz a true consevationist who has run an outfit for 30 plus years

One of my former colleagues hunted with Robin Hurt several times and couldn't recommend him enough, although I suspect he might not be the cheapest.

hi Stevec ,morning ,Md safaris is based just outside Kwalu-Natal if your looking for that area he has several consessions over 800 miles apart based all around that area give me a shout if you need any info hunted there 2 years ago

I have hunted over Botswana, some years back, All over South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Some of the best hunting and truely wild experiences is in Botswana, and also Moz. If you are after a good fair chase hunt with good trophies I have two excellent PH's I can put you in touch with. They have been in the game a long time by todays standards and I have known them and hunted with them since 1990.

Mark DeWhet and Paul Stones.

Please Do your 'homework' on Outfitter and PH's.

As some forum members are claiming SA is not wild enough, I think to differ...perhaps they had a bad hunting experience BUT this you will get basically in any business and it happens all over in other Africa countries like Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia and Namibia.

Besides SA, we conduct hunts in 3 of these countries and yes there are none or basically no High fences on them but SA also offer other stuff which can not be seen in the so call "wild area" anymore and this is a healthier animal population; which are extinct in these countries or on the brink of extinction due to poaching...SA has high fencing but is to hold poachers out not animals in...:)

Due your homework, you would be surprise to what SA can offer you as a hunting safari destination AND yes we still have 'wild areas'
