Avatar photos gone.

Just wondering why a lot of the avatar photos have disappeared, and been replaced with a symbol of a circle with a diagonal line through it (like a road sign)?
There doesn't seem to be any consistency to it - I had a look back through some of my earlier posts, and some still have my avatar, and some don't. Same situation with other people's posts.

Only in Classifieds where it loads a picture, it was the same historically too. It shows a picture of what is for sale and if there is isn’t a picture it shows the No Image picture (in Classifieds only)
