Hello, I'm a biologist, retired from the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique (CNRS - France), and I carry out evolutionary research on the world's cervids. I also manage the “World deer conservatory”, which contains over a thousand whole skulls of all species. With my colleague Dr Bernard Andries, we are currently working on a Baillie head skull, collected in France. We'd like to come back to this unresolved “Baillie’s Heads” issue. We are looking for any useful information and or photographic documentation, or even possible old articles printed in your magazines. We also noticed, on this forum, the question posed by Morena (June 1, 2012) who was looking for a journal to publish her article! We would also be interested in this article. Likewise, if you are aware of the location of one or more specimens, we are willing to make the necessary trip to take the measurements. Thank you in advance for your support in this issue, which really deserves to resurface!
