Bambi burger

Ok this is not an exact recipe, more of a throw in what you have but basically;

For four

1 1/4 lb mince
1 onion chopped
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt & pepper

would be good as is but

Now down to your own imagnation!
Tom sauce
mustard
chilli
paprika
garlic
Worcester sauce
herbs (what ever you have)
experiment! You won't go far wrong.
Have done it with all of the above but you don't really miss one when it's not there. Have done just the basic mix and been blessed with compliments !

just make sure well seasoned, fairly hot oven 20 mins, slice of cheese, optional fried onions. Done!

A packet of stuffing goes well in the mix.
Apple and herb adds a good flavour.
Herbs such as Parsley, thyme, rosemary and oregano also enhance the flavour.
