Yesterday I attended the BDS HAD course with Mike Bagnowiec. I must say I enjoyed the course and found it useful in defining the roles and responsibilities of the various parties involved in a call out.
I particularly enjoyed some of the scenarios with photos and how they were dealt with, seeing this was extremely useful as the plan of action might not always be as easy as turning up and pulling the trigger.
One thing which I wasn't aware of is the massive discrepancies between the various police constabularies and how they deal with HAD, some use a list of shooters, some use Armed Response and some have a HAD group with vetting and the requirement for the LANTRA qualification.
Tl;dr - useful for all, even those who stalk a number of times a week!
