Bovaer in Milk ???

We are being used as test dummies without consultation.

They, the scientists use to say neonicotinoids were safe and no trace can be detected in the flower and has nothing to do with bee colony collapse.
Then someone, a real scientist developed a better detector and bugger me there was neonicotinoids in the flower of plants!
No shot Sherlock.
Most of Europe banned it immediately.
The UK, no. The UK government was perfectly happy for us to continue eating that ****.
Go figure....
My unscientific conclusion is that they all are selfish bastards that not only smile at you when they say they care about you but actively poison you at the same time!

You do realise you are arguing with a vet, don’t you? Someone who might be a bit more knowledgeable and qualified on this subject.
Please do not make the mistake of thinking just because someone has a title they are competent


I once asked to read a consultants notes prior to my son attending Moorfields hospital in London for some pretty crucial surgery, there was a look of bewilderment that I wanted to even read the notes….. the consultant had noted an issue in the incorrect eye and had stated my son was “asthmatic” instead of epileptic, both things that could have caused some significant issues.

I am not saying Buchan is not a great vet (I will always hold him in high regard for some advice he gave me years ago relating to a Labrador I had) - what i’m saying is that you are naive if you think opinions cannot be challenged due to titles, qualifications and diplomas.

“Experts” said the world was flat and that smoking was good for you at one time….

And as mentioned above - it’s about choice - if Arla had asked what consumers thought of the proposal it may have been better received.
 
Time was when the Cochrane Library was the byword for probity in medical matters… alas, no longer. Decades of repute now lie utterly shattered.
