British Quality Wild Venison Standard Webinar, Weds 17th Jan, 19.00 hours

The market for venison is small, if there was a large market it would have opened up by now. Putting a sticker on it won’t change that.

As said already there is a process in place for quality already it just needs to be followed.

If the organisations behind this think that it will open doors and suddenly every butcher and supermarket will stock venison in preference to beef, lamb and pork they are deluded. I don’t think they are and think they have probably an ulterior motive.

This is a way to push small scale stalkers out and monopolise the stalking into the hands of big organisations.

Don’t be fooled by all the spin. As Obama said, “you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig”
