Oh seems i have opened up a can but he helped me through my DSC1 1st time pass.
Now I have to start learning different ways,
Now I have to start learning different ways,
Does it mean the person who spends a lot on hunting is a wise one? Because money doesn’t part them and they have to spend itA fool and his money are easily parted.
He must be a good age now, 70s? - is he still running courses?I know CH. I’d say he knows a fair bit. But his lack of people skills and his doggedness that he is right probably stops him learning any more. Pity as a different approach and he would probably really be the person he thinks he is in his head

Depends how you spend it and who you spend it with, I think.Does it mean the person who spends a lot on hunting is a wise one?
Or, better say, the ratio of income to expenses ?Depends how you spend it and who you spend it with, I think.
'Disposable Income' is the 'in' phrase, I believe.Or, better say, the ratio of income to expenses ?. Perhaps, off topic

Just because someone has done well and can afford to spend more money than most on their hobby doesn't make them a fool.

CH has been doing the courses/instruction a while now, knowing DMQ If he’s pass rate for the DMQ courses and or candidate numbers had dropped off over the years he wouldn’t be doing it anymore, DMQ is just the kick Start for an individual to gain experience deer stalking, they put you in the right avenue for that.Did my dsc1 with C H in October 22 in Wadhurst
Is this a pitch to set up a “Stalking Directory Agony Aunt” column?Does anyone know if I need to wear Breeks for Blue Grouse ?
Sounds like you are getting royally ripped off!If you want a guided stalk and use estate rifle, then you should get a cheaper membership which is annual membership subscription for £1,500 (inc. vat), each guided stalk with member discount is £186, one off discounted joining fee (don't remember), then around £30 for estate rifle and trophy costs (around £3 per kilo of meat and extra per species). The membership also includes PDS1 and hygiene training. Plus Membership assumes you have your own gun, can go out as often as you want, faster booking and you keep the carcass free of charge
