Carcass tag pen!!!

These will write on anything, soaking paper, any plastic, upside down, under water, basically the mass produced Space Pen, but be careful people will pinch them once they've used one.
Only pen I ever use, love a nice pen.

Keep a couple of your carcase tags in the vehicle somewhere warm, much easier to write on and the ink dries quickly. There always a bit of
condensation on the ones stored in larder

The Yanks spent a lot of money developing a Space pen, the Ruskies used a pencil lol.

I had a big dive slate with builders pencil and would have a few tests for divers to do on the 40m deep dive test.
They asked me why do you only use a number test, my answer was " I can't spell that well on the surface let alone at 40mts lol"

So in 1965, without being approached by NASA, Paul Fisher spent $1M ($8M today) of his own money to develop a space pen. Fisher approached NASA, which agreed to test the pens, and eventually purchased 400 pens for a total of $1,180 ($9,600 today) for use in the Apollo missions.
