CL55 Night licence delays

I’m thinking they have grossly underestimated how many would be applying. Day 10 tomorrow ! Season be over by the time I get it

More than likely. What category did you apply under? I fell under Cat 4 and it took 3 days. I have one of my deer managers currently awaiting a response and he has used Cat 2 I believe with email proof from the NFU for night shooting competency. Will be interesting to see how long his takes. It certainly hasn't been 10 days yet.

I'm waiting for mine to come through. On my 8th day..

Mine came through in about 2 hours when I applied on the 27th (DSC2)! My DNSL has 4 digits so I wasn't the first by any way.

Responses to the site notifications have come through in a similar timeframe right up to last week.

Applied on Cat 4 yesterday so lets see what happens. Not sure if they will be funny as I live in Wales (only ever going to need CL55 for Englandshire)

Added an additional site and received standard response same day with 5 day waiting period.
