Crow decoys

Had some old ones I mixed some sand with black Matt emulsion then rubbed the sand over the decoy and it worked well cheaper than buying new.

A chap who had great success decoying crows used to use pigeon decoys with old black socks stretched over them.
Non reflective and cheap.

I use Jack Pyke flocked shells. I've got 2 dozen but usually start with just 7-8. They get a spray with matte black paint every now and then.
The best calls I use are Nordik. I have all 3 on a lanyard. The Barrborn Pro call does a decent impression of a jackdaw if wanted, while the Barrborn basic is good for reach. The standard Nordik crow call is a good back-up, quieter and can be held in your teeth for continued calling as you get the gun up.
I did buy some Sillosocks a while back, because the Hyperflap floaters I got first were working well, but for some reason they seemed to scare the birds off rather than drawing them in.

I never tried floaters for the black stuff, but a slow flapper is absolutely deadly. Have it on a remote and start it running when you see a bird heading towards the pattern. The birds are transfixed by it as they come into range and don't take their eyes off it ... which means they don't see you mount the gun ;) They almost hover, watching the flapper. You'd struggle to miss !

I think the same with the call - you can talk them into range
