Usually they are infected scratches from thorns, if you squeeze puss comes out, they refill, squeeze and get the rest out. They go quick enough, no need for vet.Thanks all for the responses, I’ll get her booked in with the vet.
Hard to be 100% sure from pictures, but most likely pyoderma, which is a bacterial skin infection.Red circular areas inside the back legs , sorry the pictures ain't the best

Has anyone any ideas what this is , I thought it was caused by nettles , scratches on tree brash and jumping in and out of the stream but it appears to be getting worse and spreading going to vets tomorrow but any suggestions welcome .
Usually associated with an underlying issue, for example allergic skin disease. The infection needs treating and any potential trigger needs identifying.Easy to cure or an ongoing problem ?
