Dog Acne?

Just looking for some confirmation.
My GSD has grown some new friends I initially thought they were ticks but now think they’re acne. Either way looking to avoid a vet to tell me they’re harmless and nothing to worry about. Small one by her nose large one under her chin.
Thoughts?

How do I fix that? Squeeze?

One of them looks to be visible? If so and if the dogs amenable then yes, a gentle squeeze, I had two very similar on our spaniels last year and they just popped out. Some salt water on the open wound would be good to clean after. Be gentle though.

My labs get the same around 12-24 months of age, yes, dog acne..vet can give you a cream but usually clears up.

Bit old for acne though? She’s almost 4.
Tried a gentle squeeze, no grass seeds.

I can't tell from the pictures and there are a few things it could be. The most likely are grass seed or a histiocytoma a benign skin tumour. There are some other options, so it really needs a vet to look at and either reassure you they are nothing to be concerned about, or to be able to treat while they are small.

Usually they are infected scratches from thorns, if you squeeze puss comes out, they refill, squeeze and get the rest out. They go quick enough, no need for vet.

Hard to tell from those pictures. GSDs are prone to sebaceous cysts, which can on occasion get infected and inflamed. Needs to be seen by a vet.

Hard to be 100% sure from pictures, but most likely pyoderma, which is a bacterial skin infection.

Possibly ringworm but I'm no vet, if it glows under an ultraviolet light

Usually associated with an underlying issue, for example allergic skin disease. The infection needs treating and any potential trigger needs identifying.
