Euston stalking

Morning all , can I give a shout out and a big thank you to Chris Roger’s at Euston estate , a fantastic estate and what a gent Chris is , I’m fairly new to stalking and just had a great evening out with Chris on Euston , didn’t mind being peppered with questions and despite the weather being hot and it being generally quiet , saw plenty but with me being a bit slow spotting them and getting set up or being out of season we then got on to a nice munty at the end of the stalk , this was down to him knowing the ground so well and likely laying up places ,

If you ever get a chance to have a stalk there is grab it but I know they do get booked up quite quick
 
Well pre YouTube pre harkila pre cic thermals ect ect ie the modern era of stalking we would trek down to Euston when Chris had a very young family and go enjoy the estate and his company and shoot some fantastic deer so it’s nice to see he’s stayed grounded and true to his roots without getting starry eyed with deer stalking fame 😉 mainly down to his lovely wife Anna
we all know the effect early mornings and late nights have on a relationship so bravo ANNA for putting up with him 😁

I appreciate that lots of Youtube "stars" get sponsored but the vids with Chris in mainly focus on stalking and shooting with the odd mention of the sponsored kit. Some others spend so long bigging up their fancy kit then 2 weeks later are doing the same. If I wanted a kit review I would ask for that :)

Yep one of the best ones , so many rubbish ones, not mentioning any names as people get seriously offended.

I know what's in it for the sponsors but sometimes when you have left handed people going on about how great a right handed rifle is ...well enough said really. Honesty and money seldom go in hand together :) Enough said 👍
